  • 2 x Lobster tails' meat, sliced into 1/2" pcs
  • 1 can (small) button mushrooms, liquid removed
  • 1/2 c. Canned bamboo shoots, sliced 1/4" thick & 3/4" long
  • 1/2 c. Celery, thinly sliced
  • 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/3 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp MSG (optional)
  • 1 c. Chicken stock
  • 1 Tbsp. Each cornstarch & water, made into paste

  1. Add in oil & salt to preheated skillet or possibly wok. Bring oil to sizzling point over high heat. Add in lobster meat. Toss & turn rapidly for 2 minutes. Add in vegetables,sugar,soy sauce,chicken stock & MSG. Turn ingredients lightly till thoroughly mixed. Cover & cook over high for 7 minutes. Uncover & gradually add in cornstarch/water paste. Cook till sauce has thickened.
  2. Serve.
