- 2 c. minced, cooked ham
- 1 x (10 ounce) pkg.-frzn broccoli
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 can cream of celery or possibly mushroom soup
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 sm onion, minced (optional)
- 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. buttered breadcrumbs Salt and pepper to taste

- DIRECTIONS:Combine all ingredients except croutons and place in a casserole dish. Spread breadcrumbs. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees or possibly till browned and bubbly.
