- 2 Packages (10 ounce.) frzn minced broccoli
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp. chopped onions
- Salt and pepper
- 1 c. soda cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp. butter
Инструкции
- Cook broccoli in boiling salt water for 5 min. Drain. Combine with soup, mayonnaise, Large eggs, cheese, onion, salt and pepper. Turn into buttered shallow 1 1/2 qt casserole, 1 pie plate works well. Top with cracker crumbs. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 min.
