- We lived in Germany for 3 years and I bought a cookbook while we were there. It's called Authentic German Home Style Recipes. I'm sorry I didn't find the two recipes which you wanted. But I thought i'd send this one, it was our very favorite while we were there.
- Beat steaks till thin and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Dip into flour, then egg mix, and finally, bread crumbs. Fry in shortening till brown on both sides. Garnish with lemon wedges.
