- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 egg

- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. raisins (optional)

- Soak bread in scalded lowfat milk; add in sugar and mix well. Add in other ingredients. Bake in 7-inch casserole for 45 min at 350 degrees. Serve hot with Wine Sauce.
