  • 8 slices stale bread
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. scalded lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 c. raisins (optional)

Инструкции

  1. Soak bread in scalded lowfat milk; add in sugar and mix well. Add in other ingredients. Bake in 7-inch casserole for 45 min at 350 degrees. Serve hot with Wine Sauce.
