8 slices stale bread
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. scalded lowfat milk
1 teaspoon baking pwdr
1 egg
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 c. raisins (optional)
Инструкции
Soak bread in scalded lowfat milk; add in sugar and mix well. Add in other ingredients. Bake in 7-inch casserole for 45 min at 350 degrees. Serve hot with Wine Sauce.
