- Filo pastry
- 500 gm ricotta cheese, (low fat)
- 2 Tbsp. cream
- 2 Tbsp. plain flour Cinnamon Lemon rind, (optional)
- 1/2 c. sugar
Инструкции
- Combine all ingredients with a fork or possibly blender. Butter or possibly oil your filo pastry sheet, both sides.
- Repeat this method with every sheet.
- You require 2 sheets per parcel. Fill with cheese mix and fold pastry into parcel.
- Heat the oven to 190c - 200c and cook the parcels for ten min. Then lower heat and cook till you get a nice golden brown colour.
- Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
- Serve hot.
