Рецепт Quick Basic Pancake
Pancakes are very much liked in my home. My little girl enjoys to make them herself too. I like it plain with maple syrup and butter, while she likes banana in them . Enjoy! :)
Ингредиенты
- 1 cup Self-raising flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/4 stick melted butter
- Maple syrup
- Fresh fruits to top is optional
Инструкции
- Sift the flour and pour onto a big bowl.
- Mix milk, egg, butter, and flour in the bowl.
- It is fine to leave little lumps in the batter.
- Pre-heat a non-stick pan. Grease the hot pan lightly
- Use a deep ladle to scoop a heap of batter and pour onto the hot greased pan.
- Wait till the edges starts to cook and little bubbles start to form all around the surface.
- Flip the pancake and cook the other side until golden brown.
- Serve with maple syrup and fruits on top.
