Ингредиенты

  • Filo pastry
  • 500 gm ricotta cheese, (low fat)
  • 2 Tbsp. cream
  • 2 Tbsp. plain flour Cinnamon Lemon rind, (optional)
  • 1/2 c. sugar

Инструкции

  1. Combine all ingredients with a fork or possibly blender. Butter or possibly oil your filo pastry sheet, both sides.
  2. Repeat this method with every sheet.
  3. You require 2 sheets per parcel. Fill with cheese mix and fold pastry into parcel.
  4. Heat the oven to 190c - 200c and cook the parcels for ten min. Then lower heat and cook till you get a nice golden brown colour.
  5. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Serve hot.
