- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 pkt (8-ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 1 box (1-lb) confectioners sugar
- 1 c. Minced pecans
- 1/2 stk butter
- 2 tsp Vanilla

- Mix all ingredients. Bake in 10-inch tube pan at 350 for 45-60 min. Ice when cold. ICING: Mix cheese, butter and sugar. Add in pecans and vanilla.
