  • 1 c. Oil
  • 1 c. Brown sugar
  • 1 c. White sugar
  • 1 c. Buttermilk
  • 1 c. Coconut
  • 1 c. Minced pecans
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 2 1/2 c. Flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 pkt (8-ounce) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 box (1-lb) confectioners sugar
  • 1 c. Minced pecans
  • 1/2 stk butter
  • 2 tsp Vanilla

Инструкции

  1. Mix all ingredients. Bake in 10-inch tube pan at 350 for 45-60 min. Ice when cold. ICING: Mix cheese, butter and sugar. Add in pecans and vanilla.
