Ингредиенты
- 1 x baked pie shell preferably chocolate pie shell filling
- 1 stk butter softened
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 tsp instand coffee pwdr
- 1 sqr unsweetened chocolate (1 oz) melted
- 2 x Large eggs topping
- 1 1/2 c. heavy cream chilled
- 6 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. instant coffee pwdr chocolate curls optional

- FILLING...With electric mixer, beat butter in a large bowl till light & fluffy. Gradually add in the sugar, beating on high speed. Beat in instant coffee & melted chocolate. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating on high speed 5 min after each egg. Spread filling proportionately in cooled pie shell. Cover & chill at least 6 hrs before serving.
- TOPPING...With electric mixer, beat cream, powdered sugar & instant coffee in a large bowl till stiff peaks form. Drop dollops of cream around edges of pie. Arrange a few chocolate curls in center. Chill at least 2 hrs before serving.
