- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. oil
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. blueberries (or possibly 1 c. cranberry-orange relish)

- Mix all ingredients except fruit till dampened. Add in fruit. Pour into greased muffin tins. Sprinkle with cinnamon on top. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 min. Makes 12 large muffins.
