- 1 x cream cheese softened, 3 ounce.
- 1 c. cheddar cheese shredded
- 3/4 c. carrot finely shredded
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 c. pecans finely minced
- 24 x pretzel sticks

- Combine first 4 ingredients; cover and refrigerate1 hour. Shape into 1 inch balls, and roll in pecans; cover and chill. To serve, place a pretzel into each.
- Yield: 2 dozen.
