- 1/4 c. margarine or possibly butter
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 tsp Tabasco Sauce
- 1 1/4 tsp Lawry"s Seasoned Salt
- 2 2/3 c. Corn Chex
- 2 2/3 c. Rice Chex
- 2 2/3 c. Wheat Chex
- 1 c. mixed nuts
- 1 c. pretzels
- 1 c. bite sized cheese crackers

- 1. Heat margarine in open roasting pan in preheated 250F oven. Stir in seasonings.
- 2. Gradually add in cereals, nuts, pretzels and cheese crackers; stir to coat proportionately
- 3. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 min. Spread on absorbent paper to cold. Store in airtight container
- Microwave Directions:1. Heat margarine in large microwave safe bowl on HIGH. Stir in seasonings.
- 2. Gradually add in cereals, nuts, pretzels and cheese crackers; stir to coat proportionately.
- 3. Microwave on HIGH 5 to 6 min, stirring thoroughly with rubber spatula every 2 min. While stirring, make sure to scrape sides and bottom of bowl. Spread on absorbent paper to cold. Store in airtight container.
