Ингредиенты
- 1 1/4 c. ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 med yellow onion minced
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 lrg garlic clove chopped
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 Tbsp. freshly-grnd black pepper Salt to taste

- Combine ingredients in a 2-qt saucepan. Place on medium heat and slowly bring to a boil (stirring frequently). Turn down heat and simmer for about 3 hrs till the sauce becomes like a thick soup.
- Serve warm in small, individual bowls for dipping country-style pork ribs.
- Comments: Dick Jones starred opposite Jock Mahoney as Dick West in Range Rider from 1951 to 1952. Durning the mid-1950's, Dick Jones starred on TV as Buffalo Bill Jr. At age four, Jones began his career appearing in rodeos as the "World's Youngest Trick Rider and Ropeer." He was discovered by cowboy movie star Hoot Gibson, and at age eleven was selected by Walt Disney to be the voice of Pinocchio in the animated film classic. He made a number of western films, including eight with Gene Autry.
