- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 2 Large eggs, well beaten
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. melted butter
Инструкции
- Scald lowfat milk, add in sugar, cold to lukewarm, add in crumbled yeast and let stand 15 min. Add in 1 c. flour and beat well. Add in salt, butter and beaten Large eggs. Beat in remaining flour and let stand till doubled in bulk. Keep covered with cloth while rising. Make out rolls. Let rise till doubled in size. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 min.
