- 1 pkt McCormicks Beef Stew Mix
- 1 lb beef stew meat
- 4 lrg potatoes
- 4 lrg carrots
- 1 x onion
- 1 can diced tomatoes
Инструкции
- Brown meat according to stew mix package. Place cut up potatoes in bottom of crockpot. Add in sliced carrots and sliced onion. Place browned beef on top of vegetables, add in canned tomatoes. Add in stew mix and the recommended amount of water. Cook on low for 6-8 hrs or possibly high 3-4 hrs. Serve with freshly baked bread.
