- 1 x lge onion
- 750 gm steak
- 1 pkt Mushroom Gravy Mix
- 1 med tin mushrooms
- 1/2 c. red wine (optional)
- 1 x salt & pepper parsley.
Инструкции
- Preheat oven to 200 degrees C. Line deep baking dish with foil allowing sufficient overlap to wrap over top. Slice onions, arrange over bottom. Place steak on onions and sprinkle with gravy mix, mushrooms & wine. Add in salt & pepper. Fold foil over, leaving no airholes. Bake in mod oven for 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till tender. Serve with jacket potatoes with lowfat sour cream & green vegetables.
