- 4 x Pork tongue Water (sufficient to boil them)
- 1 stalk Celery
- 1 x Leek
- 1 x Laurel leaf Salt
- 1 x Carrot
- 1 x Onion
- 4 x Peppercorns
- 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine
- 1 sm Onion, diced
- 1 c. Tongue bboiling liquid
- 2 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 x Garlic, finely chopped
- 1 1/8 sm Can Mushrooms
- 1 x Juice of 1 Lemon
- 1 x salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 can Tomatos peeled

- Boil tongue in water, clery, leek, laurel leaf, salt carrot, onion, and peppercorns, till pierced skin can be removed. About 3 hrs after the tongue is cold sufficient to handle. peel and cut into 1" cubes. Reserve and garlic in butter, until limp.
- Add in flour and cook for 2 min. Add in broth and bring to a boil. reduce heat, add in mushrooms, tomatoes, lemonn juice, salt and pepper.Add in the tongue cubes anbd let heat through.
- Add in lowfat sour cream and take off heat.
