- 2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 T sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 4 T melted butter
Инструкции
- Sift together the flour, baking pwdr and salt. Add in the sugar, beat large eggs and add in to lowfat milk and beat again. Pour into dry mix gradually and beat thoroughly to remove lumps. Stir in the melted butter and bake on prepared griddle till golden on both sides. Makes about 12 pancakes.
