- 1 bot (12-ounce) chili suace
- 1/2 c. Prepared mustard
- 1 tsp Dry mustard
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 1/2 c. Brown sugar, firmly packed
- 2 Tbsp. Black pepper
- 1 bot (5-ounce) steak sauce
- 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 bot (12-ounce) beer
- 2 tsp Mince garlic
Инструкции
- Combine all ingredients, except garlic, in saucepan and simmer 30 min over medium heat. Add in chopped garlic before using. Baste meat during last 15 min of grilling time.
