- 1 c. mayonnaise or possibly whipped salad dressing
- 3 ounce dry white wine
- 4 x cloves garlic crushed
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp celery seed
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp dry rosemary
- 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
- 1 tsp steak sauce
- 1/2 tsp bitters
- 1/4 tsp liquid warm pepper sauce

- Combine all ingredients in blender and mix till smooth. Use sauce as marinade for chicken, light meats or possibly seafood, letting pcs soak in sauce six or possibly more hrs in refrigerator. Turn occasionally to coat proportionately. Bake or possibly grill marinated poultry, meat or possibly seafood as desired. Baste occasionally with sauce.
- Makes sufficient for three to four pounds.
