Ингредиенты

4-5 pound brisket
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. minced onion
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
1 bay leaf crumbled
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Инструкции

Trim excess fat from meat, rub salt into meat. Stir remaining ingredients together and pour over meat. Cover tightly and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hrs or possibly till tender.
