- 2 c. Bisquick baking mix
- 1 c. mashed bananas (about 2 med.)
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 3 T butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 large eggs

- Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 9"x9"x2" square pan. Prepare Streusel Topping; reserve. Mix remaining ingredients; beat vigorously 30 seconds. Spread in pan; sprinkle with Streusel Topping. Bake till wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 20 to 25 min. Serve warm or possibly cool. 9 servings.STREUSEL TOPPING: Mix 1/2 cup minced nuts, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 tsp grnd cinnamon.
