Ingredients: 1/2 c. Butter or possibly oleo; 1 c. Sugar; 4 x Large eggs; 11 ounce Can Mandarin oranges, liquid removed; 13 ounce Crushed pineapple, liquid removed; 5 slc White bread, cubed

Ингредиенты

1/2 c. Butter or possibly oleo
1 c. Sugar
4 x Large eggs
11 ounce Can Mandarin oranges, liquid removed
13 ounce Crushed pineapple, liquid removed
5 slc White bread, cubed

Инструкции

Cream together butter and sugar till light. Add in Large eggs one at a time and beat well. Stir in oranges, pineapple and bread cubes. Turn into a greased 1 3/4 quart.casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 50 -60 min or possibly till golden.
Makes 6 servings.
Note: I always double this recipe. It is especially good with baked ham or possibly roast pork.
