Рецепт Baked Chicken~Spinach Burgers
Makes a great lunch or early supper. Lean and scrumptious!

- 16 ounces Lean Ground Chicken (Or can use Ground Turkey)
- 2 cups fresh chopped baby spinach
- optional feta cheese crumbles
- black pepper, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
Инструкции
- In a large mixing bowl add lean ground Chicken, chopped baby spinach, seasonings and using clean hands mix well (add optional feta cheese crumbles, if using), round out large patties and place on a rimmed baking sheet pan, place into a 400 F hot oven and bake for 18 minutes (turn at halfway point)
- Cut open Sesame Seed Buns (Or buns of your choice)
- I use a Honey BBQ sauce on the top and bottom of bun, use any condiment you enjoy, add black pepper
- Serve with potato wedges, side salad or fresh fruit
