- 4 potatoes, coarsely grated (raw)
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 2 large eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 T butter
- Garlic
Инструкции
- Butter casserole and rub with garlic. Place potatoes on bottom of casserole dish. Mix together salt, pepper, large eggs, lowfat milk and 3/4 cup grated cheese. Pour over potatoes and dot with butter and 1/4 cup grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hrs. Serves 4.
