Ингредиенты
- 1 x Ripe M&S avocado
- 1 Tbsp. M&S mixed fruit jam
- 4 Tbsp. M&S Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. M&S white wine vinegar, (1 to 2)
- 1 Tbsp. M&S grain mustard Selection of M&S rolls

- Mix all the ingredients together, till completely combined, except for the avocado. The taste can be altered to suit your palette
- 1. Cut the avocado in half, and fan. Start from the narrow end of the avocado, not cutting quite from the top, and slice down to the other end
- 2. Slightly flatten avocado to make fan shape.
- 3. Pour raspberry vinaigrette, around the avocado and serve with a selection of different rolls
