Ингредиенты
- 2 (6 1/2 ounce) or possibly 1 (13 ounce) can tuna in oil
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- Healthy pinch of salt
- 3 grinds of pepper
- 1 T mustard
- 2 teaspoon parsley
- 1 sm. onion, minced
- Couple capers
- 1 lg. sour pickle, minced
- 1 sm. tomato, minced
- 1/4 c. minced green olives
- 2-3 T bread crumbs
Инструкции
- Blend tuna with oil in food processor till smooth. Add in 2 beaten large eggs, salt, pepper, parsley, mustard, onion and bread crumbs. Put together till mix is smooth. Add in capers, pickle, tomato, and olives. Mix by hand. Line small loaf pan with aluminum foil; use sufficient foil to seal the loaf. Put loaf into pan, seal, and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Serve hot or possibly cold.
