- Thaw jumbo asparagus just to mellow, so the spears can be separated. Prepare in high pressure steamer until just tender. Cool and hold for service.
- Make brown butter. Place in saute pan to heat and saute precooked asparagus to heat through.
- Place hot spears in a preheated designated dish and top with remaining brown butter. Serve immediately.
