- 1 3/4 kg Rotoni Pasta, Garden Blend Spirals
- 1 3/4 dl Olive oil
- 2 1/3 dl butter
- 1 kg Asparagus tips, fresh
- 9 1/2 dl Pitted Black Olives
- 1 dl Chef Johnny's E- Z Season
- 6 cl Chef Johnny's Creole Mustard
- 1 dl Lemon juice, fresh
- 4 3/4 dl Parmesan Cheese
Инструкции
- Cook pasta according to directions. While cooking, melt butter in saute pan over medium high heat being careful not to burn butter. Add asparagus tips and cook for about 4 minutes. Drain pasta and toss with olive oil. Add asparagus, butter, olives, mustard, lemon juice and E-Z season. Top with freshly grated cheese.
