- 1 lb grnd beef - (to 1 1/4)
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 x garlic cloves - (to 2) chopped
- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1/4 tsp grnd ginger
- 1/2 c. cool cooked rice

- In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients; mix well. Shape the mix into 4 equal-sized patties.
- Preheat a grill pan or possibly skillet over medium-high heat then cook the patties for 4 to 5 min per side, or possibly till no pink remains.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
- Comments: To make this into a meat loaf, double all the ingredients and form into a loaf on a baking sheet. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for about an hour, or possibly till no pink remains.
- Do not forget which bottled minced garlic works just as well as fresh; it's usually available in the supermarket produce department.
