- 1 c. minced dry apricots
- 3/4 c. water
- 2 (8 ounce) packages. cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 c. orange marmalade
- 2 T lowfat milk
- 1 c. minced pecans

- Put together apricots and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat, and simmer 10 min. Drain.Beat cream cheese at medium speed of electric mixer till smooth and fluffy; stir in apricots and remaining ingredients. Serve on crackers or possibly bread. Yield: About 3 1/2 cups.
