- 1 1/3 c. Oat bran
- 1/2 c. Raisins
- 1 x Apple, shredded
- 1 Tbsp. Maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp Grnd caraway seeds
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1 c. (1-2) Skim lowfat milk

- In a 2-qt saucepan, bring the water and oat bran to a vigorous boil, stirring constantly. Reduce the heat to low and cook for 2 min, stirring frequently, till thick. Remove from heat and stir in the raisins, apples, maple syrup, caraway, and cinnamon. Let stand 5 min. Spoon into bowls and serve with the lowfat milk.
