Ingredients: 2 x Large eggs; 1 1/2 c. Sugar; 1 c. Oil; 2 c. Flour; 2 tsp Vanilla; 1 tsp Salt; 1 tsp Baking soda, (bicarbonate); 1/2 c. Raisins, up to 1; 1 c. Minced nuts, (optional); 4 lrg Apples, peeled and diced.

Ингредиенты

2 x Large eggs
1 1/2 c. Sugar
1 c. Oil
2 c. Flour
2 tsp Vanilla
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking soda, (bicarbonate)
1/2 c. Raisins, up to 1
1 c. Minced nuts, (optional)
4 lrg Apples, peeled and diced.

Инструкции

(Preheat oven to 325 deg. F.)
1. Beat Large eggs, sugar & oil.
2. Add in baking soda, flour, salt.
3. Stir in pre-soaked raisins and apples. (soak raisins in boiling water or possibly liquer of your choice for about 1/2 hour, then drain.)
4. Pour into greased, shallow pan, bake at 325 deg. F. 45 min - 1 hour.
