Ингредиенты
- 1 C. Bisquick
- ¼ C. Shortening
- 3 T. Boiling water
- 1 Jar Apple pie filling, (1 Lb, 8oz.)
- ¼ C. Raisins
- 1 t. Lemon juice
- 1 t. Cinnamon
- Dash Nutmeg
- 2 slices American cheese, cut into 12 thin strips
Инструкции
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Combine Bisquick and butter with a fork. Add water and stir until dough forms a ball. Pat into 8 inch pie pan. Flute edges.
- Bake for 10 minutes. Let cool, but donât turn off the oven.
- Meanwhile, combine the rest of the ingredients except cheese. Put in pie shell. Form lattice with cheese strips.
- Bake for 8 more minutes.
