Ингредиенты
- Butter or possibly margarine
- 2/3 c. Diced onion
- 2/3 c. Diced celery
- 3 c. Diced day-old bread
- 3 c. Diced apples
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/8 tsp Grnd sage
- 1/8 tsp Grnd marjoram
- 1/8 tsp Grnd thyme
- 1/2 tsp Dry parsley flakes
- 1/2 c. Minced pecans
- 1/2 c. Water
Инструкции
- Heat 1/4 c. butter in skillet. Add in onion and celery and cook till tender.
- Add in to bread. Heat 2 Tbsp. butter in skillet. Stir in apples. Cook till golden brown. Add in apples to bread mix. Fold in salt, pepper, sage, marjoram, thyme, parsley and pecans. Add in water and mix thoroughly.
- Makesenough for 10-lb. turkey
