- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 c. rye flour
- 3/4 c. bread or possibly all-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 packages. dry yeast
- 1 1/2 c. raisins
- 2 c. minced apples
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1 1/4 c. warm water
- 1/4 c. butter
Инструкции
- In a large bowl, stir together wheat flour, rye, 2 cups of bread flour, salt, cinnamon, yeast, raisins, and apples; set aside. Pour hot water over butter and honey melting both. When liquid temperature is between 125 to 130 degrees, slowly add in to dry ingredients. While mixing, add in remaining flour as needed, Knead for 10 min by hand or possibly 5 min if using a mixer. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let stand in a warm place till doubled. Punch down and shape into 3 small or possibly 2 large round loaves. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
