- 1 lb orange roughy or possibly salmon fillets
- 1/2 c. apple cider or possibly apple juice
- 1/2 tsp chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp grated fresh gingerroot
- 1 c. diced red apple
- 1/2 c. diced mango
- 1 x sliced quartered kiwi
- 1/4 c. sweet and sour sauce
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 1/4 tsp grated fresh gingerroot
Инструкции
- Wash fish and cut into serving pcs. Combine apple cider, garlic and 1/2 tsp. gingerroot. Place cider mix and fish in an airtight container or possibly plastic bag and chill for 1 hour.
- While fish is marinating, in a small bowl, combine relish ingredients. Cover and chill.
- Grill or possibly broil fish till it flakes and is done. Serve warm with Apple Relish.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
