- 1 x napa cabbage, cored, shredded
- 1 c. peeled cored minced Granny Smith apples
- 1 c. minced red pepper
- 1 tsp finely minced garlic
- 1/4 c. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. sesame seeds
- 1/4 c. butter, cubed
- 1 x salt and pepper

- On a large flat surface place a double layer of aluminum foil. Distribute cabbage, apples and red peppers proportionately over surface. Drizzle sesame oil and extra virgin olive oil over top. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, dot with butter, and add in salt and pepper to taste. Place a second layer of foil over top, fold and crimp edges to create a tightly sealed foil packet. Chill till ready to grill, up to overnight.
- Preheat grill to medium high. Place foil packet on rack, bbq lid down, and grill for 20 min, or possibly till cabbage is crisp tender.
