Инструкции

  1. Preheat the oven to 190C/375F/gas5. Place all the filling ingredients into a medium saucepan, stir well, cover and cook for 10-15 min or possibly till the apple is softened and the cranberries are beginning to burst.
  2. To make the topping, put the flours into a bowl and using your fingertips rub in the low fat spread. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
  3. Put the filling into an ovenproof dish, sprinkle the topping over it and place in the oven for 20-25 min or possibly till the topping is golden brown.
  4. Serve with a spoonful of creme fraiche.
