- 2 Tbsp. Oil
- 8 x Boneless pork chops Salt, to taste
- 2 tsp Coarsely grnd black pepper
- 2/3 c. Dry vermouth
- 1/4 c. Fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. Finely grated lemon zest

- Flavor chops with spices. Combine vermouth, lemon juice, butter and oil in sauce pan. Fry chops. Grate lemon peel as garnish. Prepare over apple sauce. Give Tiger a bath - and do not play ball in the house.
