- 6 ounce angel hair pasta
- 1 c. frzn peas
- 1 x 12 ounce. can evaporated skim lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 clv garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. fresh basil, snipped
- 2 ounce prosciutto, minced
- 1/4 c. shredded fresh parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. shredded fresh parmesan cheese freshly grnd black pepper
- 1/4 c. tomato, minced
Инструкции
- Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, stir together lowfat milk and flour. Stir in garlic and snipped basil. Cook and stir over med. heat until mix is bubbly and thickened. Cook and stir 1 minute more. Add in peas (thawed) prosciutto and 1/4 c. parmesan cheese. Stir until cheese is melted. Add in tomatoes. Cook 1 minute more. Top pasta with sauce and sprinkle each serving with remaining parmesan cheese and freshly grnd pepper.
