Ингредиенты

  • 5 1/2 c. minced green tomatoes
  • 5 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 pkt raspberry-flavored gelatin - (6-ounce)

Инструкции

  1. In large kettle combine tomatoes and sugar. Simmer for 25 min, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in gelatin till dissolved, about 1 minute. Pour into jars and top with lids.
  2. This recipe yields 7 half-pints.
  3. Yield: 7 half-pints
