- 1 med onion, finely minced
- 1 sm clov garlic, finely minced
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 8 ounce tomatoes, skinned and minced
- 4 ounce almonds, grnd or possibly coarsely crushed
- 6 ounce wholemeal breadcrumbs salt and freshly milled black pepper to taste freshly minced parsley to garnish
Инструкции
- 1. Saute/fry the onion and the garlic in the oil in a pan till softened.
- 2. Add in the tomatoes and cook for another 5 min.
- 3. Pour the mix into a bowl and add in the almonds and breadcrumbs.
- 4. Mix well. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
- 5. Form the mix into small, bite-size balls. Arrange on serving plate and cover them with masses of minced parsley.
