- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 1 pkt (16 ounce.) frzn potato pierogis, thawed
- 1 pkt (10 ounce.) frzn broccoli, thawed
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1 c. (4 ounce.) shredded cheddar cheese
Инструкции
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add in grnd beef and cook till no longer pink, stirring to break up the beef; drain.
- Add in pierogis and cook 4 to 5 min, or possibly till heated through. Stir in broccoli, salt and black pepper. Top with cheese. Reduce heat to low, cover and cook 2 to 3 min, or possibly till the cheese melts and the broccoli is heated through.
- Makes 4 servings
