Ingredients: 75 gm butter, melted; 1 c. lowfat milk; 1 lrg egg, lightly beaten; 2 c. flour; 4 tsp baking pwdr; 1 tsp cinnamon; 1/2 c. caster sugar; 1 c. blueberries; 1/2 c. white chocolate melts or possibly minced white chocolate

Ингредиенты

75 gm butter, melted
1 c. lowfat milk
1 lrg egg, lightly beaten
2 c. flour
4 tsp baking pwdr
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c. caster sugar
1 c. blueberries
1/2 c. white chocolate melts or possibly minced white chocolate

Инструкции

Preheat the oven to 200 C.
Mix together the melted butter, lowfat milk and lightly beaten egg.
Add in the remaining ingredients and mix to combine, taking care not to overmix.
Bake for 15-20 min.
