Ингредиенты
- 1 x Egg white
- 2 1/2 c. Sifted icing sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Softened butter
- 1/2 tsp Peppermint extract Food coloring
Инструкции
- Combine all the ingredients except the food coloring. Mix till smooth & creamy. Divide into 4 parts. leave 1 part white & tint the remaining parts pink, green & yellow. Shape into 1" balls. Place on wax paper & flatten with the tines of a fork.
- Makes 3 1/2 dozen.
