Ingredients: 1/2 c. melted butter; 1/4 c. sugar; 1 tsp Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce; 1/2 tsp dry mustard; 1 c. vegetable oil; 1 1/2 c. ketchup; 1/4 c. Worcesterhire sauce; 2 x garlic cloves chopped; 1 lrg onion minced Juice from 1 lemon

1 tsp Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. Worcesterhire sauce
2 x garlic cloves chopped
1 lrg onion minced Juice from 1 lemon

Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Brush both sides of beef or possibly chicken before grilling and frequently during grilling.
This recipe yields approximately 3 1/2 c..
Comments: A real Texas red sauce - great for beef.
Yield: 3 1/2 c.
